ABOUT JILLIAN
Jillian Hessel is an internationally renowned Master Pilates teacher based in Los Angeles, California. A second-generation Pilates teacher in direct succession from Joseph Pilates, Jillian has been a devotée of Pilates since 1981, long before Pilates became an International sensation. She maintains an exclusive private clientele in her home city of Los Angeles, California, and she also mentors Certified Pilates Teachers, both in-studio and online via the Zoom app.

It’s recommended that first-time clients book a 90-minute Introductory Session, so Jillian can perform a detailed heath-and-fitness history, as well as a postural assessment.
