I’m teaching here on a vintage Cadillac, built under @josephpilates direct supervision, in 1960. This piece was custom made for the grand opening of Carola Trier’s Studio in New York City. I taught for Carola in the early 1980’s. She was a tough taskmaster, but I’m ever grateful for all I learned from her, and so proud that she passed on this historic piece of apparatus to me, upon her retirement in 1988.
