Scoliosis Workshop in Seoul, South Korea ➡️ H Scoliosis Workshop in Seoul, South Korea ➡️ Here, I’m assisting a student with a high right shoulder and right C-curve, to do a prone one arm push through ➡️ It’s very important to first stretch the tight muscles, such as the right pectorals and upper trapezius, before attempting the overhead reach. these overworked muscles have formed a physiologically inefficient movement pattern, due to the spinal curvature.
