No one is totally immune to the aging process, but it’s absolutely essential to prolong our active years and productivity, by maintaining a healthy lifestyle!


Healthy aging practices need to focus  on our ability to perform the ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living – and should help us sustain our independent lifestyle, for as long as possible.


My specialty lies in implementing diverse and fun workouts for my clients with custom designed routines based on correct breathing, centering and optimal body alignment.  I focus on challenging balance, reaction time and muscle strength, as well as joint flexibility and maintaining bone density. I always keep foremost in my mind any physical limitations my clients may present, and I take care to modify traditional exercises, according to each client’s specific goals and/or restrictions.
