taying active is essential  as we age. Everyone wants to maintain their ability to perform ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living – and  be able to sustain an independent  lifestyle for as long as possible. 

My specialty lies in implementing diverse and fun workouts for my clients with custom designed routines based on correct breathing, centering and optimal body alignment.  

 I focus on challenging balance, reaction time and muscle strength, as well as joint flexibility and maintaining bone density.  I  keep in mind any physical limitations they may present and modify traditional exercises according to each client’s specific goals.

This can include incorporating a variety of props, devices, apparatus or machines that aid anyone in achieving their work out and strength building goals.
